Van Tjalle en Jasper is a Dutch design studio celebrated for its minimalist wooden
lighting, where form and function converge through simplicity. Rooted in a philosophy
of “less is more,” their creations are characterized by clean lines, efficient use of
materials, and a commitment to sustainability. Their designs often feature laser-cut
MDF components, allowing for flat-pack shipping and easy self-assembly, aligning
with their eco-conscious approach.

We collaborated with Van Tjalle en Jasper on the production of their Sputnik lamp
series—distinctive lighting pieces crafted from precision laser-cut MDF.
Manufactured in China, this project required meticulous attention to detail to ensure
each component fit seamlessly, maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetic
appeal intrinsic to their design. The assembly process was streamlined to reflect the
brand’s commitment to user-friendly, sustainable products.

This collaboration underscores our ability to support design studios that prioritize
minimalism, sustainability, and functional beauty. Working with Van Tjalle en Jasper
allowed us to contribute to their mission of delivering accessible, design-forward
