Working with Boyhood Design has been a creative and collaborative journey rooted
in craftsmanship, nostalgia, and storytelling. Boyhood is a Danish brand renowned
for transforming cherished cultural icons into finely crafted wooden figurines—objects
that resonate with both design lovers and collectors alike. Their ethos lies in blending
Scandinavian simplicity with childhood memory, creating pieces that are both
emotionally evocative and aesthetically enduring.

Our work with Boyhood has involved the meticulous production of several of their
signature figurines, including the beloved Moomin Troll, the iconic Julius the Monkey
by Paul Frank, and Rasmus Klump, a classic character from Danish heritage. These
figurines were crafted from FSC-certified oak and walnut, combining sustainable
materials with refined detail.

Produced in one of Vietnam’s most respected woodcraft factories—renowned for its
exceptional precision and artisanal finish—these pieces exemplify the fusion of
design integrity and high-quality manufacturing. From initial samples through to
production, our collaboration with Boyhood has helped bring to life characters that
now find their place in homes and design stores around the world.
